Sustainability

Sustainability and respect for nature in Stintino

The beauty of Stintino is a precious heritage and we believe that every gesture can and must contribute to preserving it. For this reason, our residences have been designed with a genuine focus on environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and respect for the territory that hosts us.

All apartments and the villa are energy self-sufficient, thanks to a modern photovoltaic system that provides clean energy. The villa also has a charging station for electric cars, for those who choose to travel sustainably.

Water, a fundamental resource in an island context such as Sardinia, is managed with great care:
the villa is equipped with a rainwater recovery system for garden irrigation, while all residences benefit  from Consortium's storage tanks that prevent waste and guarantee availability even during periods of peak demand.

Inside each home, guests will find containers for separate waste collection (organic, plastic, glass, paper, unsorted) and the municipal calendar with dedicated days and times: a small gesture that, if shared by everyone, helps to keep Stintino clean and welcoming.

The context in which our residences are located also reflects this philosophy: the L'Ancora Consortium is the only one in Stintino equipped with a photovoltaic system serving the common areas, as well as water purifiers and reserves that allow us to cope with summer restrictions and guarantee efficient services in full respect of the environment.

Choosing to stay in Bamaris residences means enjoying an experience of relaxation and beauty, but also participating in a more conscious style of vacation, in balance with the nature of a unique place like Stintino.

Accessibility Information

Together with our selected providers, we are committed to ensuring that our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We devote significant resources to ensure that our website and room booking pages are easier to use and more accessible for individuals with disabilities, based on the strong belief that everyone has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Along with our partners, we continuously strive to improve the accessibility of our website and the pages for booking rooms and/or purchasing additional products and services related to the stay. We firmly believe it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use, even for those of us with disabilities.

In our ongoing efforts to improve and consistently address accessibility issues, we regularly scan all web pages using accessibility scanners provided by third-party commercial partners to identify and fix any potential accessibility barriers on our site. Despite our efforts to make all our web pages and content fully accessible, some content may not yet have been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be due to not having yet found or implemented the most appropriate technological solution.
